The most significant part of the control that Cat has implemented is giving me a schedule that I am to follow every day.

My schedule goes like this:
1) 6:30am Wake up.
2) 6:30 – 800am Stretch and exercise.
3) 8:00 – 9:00am Breakfast and shower.
4) 9:00 -12:00pm Paid work.
5) 1:00 -2:00pm Nap.
6) 2:00 – 6:00pm Paid work.
7) 5:00 – 6:00pm Nap.
8) 6:00 – 7:00pm Tied up.
9) 7:00 – 9:00pm Work for Cat.
10) 9:00 – 10:30pm Housework.
11) 10:30 – 12:00am Personal time.
12) 12:00am Sleep curfew.

Notes:
2) During the stretch and exercise time I ride the stationary bike, lift weights, and go through an extensive stretching routine.
4) I work from home as a computer consultant and so most of the paid work I do can be handled without meeting with my customers.
5) I have a hard time sleeping through the night and so I generally take two naps a day and sleep fewer hours at night.
8) Every evening I secure myself out using padlocks that I don’t have the combination to. What happens to me when I am tied out, and how long it will be until I am released is entirely up to Cat.
9) The work that I do for Cat depends on what she has put on my list. If Cat unties me early it may be that I start my housework early or have a longer time for house renovation. Whatever happens from the time that I am tied up is entirely her choice. A few times Cat has just left me tied up for the evening and there is no work that I can do for her at all.
10) This is my time to clean, vacuum, and do laundry. There is always lots of housework to do in this old house, and of course there are always renovations to be done.
11) This is the time that I have to pay bills, write letters, and be social online. Like the other chores I need to do it is my responsibility to keep the house running.
12) When we receive my sleeping cage I will lock myself in for the night and Cat will unlock me in the morning. Cat is now having me check to see if there is a way to put a time lock on my cage.
